Automatic turning, thermal air flow, ‘still air’ incubator. Invented over thirty years ago, the Hova-Bator is still marketed as ‘The World’s Best Small Incubator’. Very reliable and successful basic incubator, made from high density, expanded polystyrene with two clear windows in the top. Wafer thermostat, which, coupled with the high insulation value of the cabinet, gives very good temperature control. Deep base - useful to contain the chicks when hatched (as anyone who has ever seen a newly hatched quail chick will agree!) A removable clear plastic base liner is supplied for easy cleaning - thus overcoming the main disadvantage of a polystyrene incubator. Also suitable for reptiles.
